In the past, the only ones who could upload videos to Amazon product pages were brand registered sellers and wholesale vendors. However, Amazon has recently changed its policies to allow sellers and vendors not registered with the brand to use videos in their product listings.
Let's look at a step-by-step process of how to add a video to your Amazon product listing.
Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account and click on the Inventory tab. In the drop-down menu, select Upload & Manage Videos, as shown in the image below.
Upload your video by clicking the Upload Video button and selecting the video file. We recommend you upload a high-quality video in 16:9 ratio (1920 x 1080px). Amazon supports .mp4 and .mov formats and requires you to keep the video file under 5GB in size.

Choose the ASINs associated with your product. You can find them in the URL or the product detail section.
Review the information and click the Submit button to send your video to Amazon for approval. The approval can take anywhere from 24 hours to one week. You will see the video on your product detail page when it is approved.
